We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system.

Appointments can be booked at the reception desk, by phoning the surgery or via this website - see below

If you would like to manage your appointments online please contact reception for your user name and password
Due to the complexities of Nurse clinics and different length of time required for consultations, we are not able to offer nurse appointments online.

Please do not book a routine 10 minute GP appointment for medicals, but contact our Receptionist who will make a suitable appointment.

Extended Hours Primary Care Hubs Appointments - This service  has currently been suspended due to COVID-19 outbreak

Appointments are for one patient only

If the doctor of your choice is not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

Same day appointments are for emergencies only. If you ring up to request a same-day appointment your details will be taken and the Triage Nurse or Duty Doctor will call you back.  He or she will give you advice over the phone, make an appointment for later the same day or offer you a routine appointment for another day.

Please do not phone between and 1.00pm and 2.00pm except for emergencies. If you do have to ring, you may be asked to speak to the Duty Doctor on a mobile phone.

Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks ahead.

We hold 'extended hours' surgeries from 7.30 to 8.00am every weekday. These surgeries are for routine, bookable appointments and are intended for people who are unable to attend the surgery during normal surgery hours. A receptionist is also present at these times for appointment bookings, repeat prescriptions and general enquiries. At the moment we are unable to offer urgent appointments at these times - if you need urgent medical advice between 6.30pm and 8.00am please contact 111 or the Minor Injuries Unit.

Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment so that it can be offered to someone else.

Disabled Access

There is a designated parking bay opposite the surgery entrance and the surgery has automatic front doors, a lift and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access. There is reasonably good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms.
